Great things aren’t done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together. Last December, our team sat down for our HACCP Preliminary Assessment—a critical deep dive into our operations. This session was all about identifying how we can further elevate our food safety standards to ensure that every bag of rice we deliver is of the highest possible quality.
